Shipping Fee will be shouldered by the customer. It will be based from the couriers computations.1. WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
Delivery thru courier
- Delivery date & time of your order to your address will depends on courier’s schedule (usually takes 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS)
- If you pay your order on or before 11AM, We will forward your package to courier the same day. Else, it will be forwarded to the courier the next day.
- Once forwarded, we will provide you the TRACKING DETAILS of your package for your reference.
Delivery thru Grab (Metro Manila Only)
- Customer has an option to book the delivery via Grab/Uber.
NOTE: WE ARE NOT responsible for tracking and updating the delivery status of your order2. MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET WHAT WILL I DO?
- You may track the delivery status of your package using the TRACKING DETAILS.
- You may track it thru the website of the courier (JRS or LBC).
- if the details on the Courier website is not updated. You may also call the Hotline of the courier near your to check the status.
- Always ensure that there will be someone to receive your package. Courier will bring back the package to the branch near you if no one is available to receive it.
- Call the Hotline of the courier and get the status of your package. Again, its customer's responsibility to track it.
You can only return the item based from the following
1. The item is damaged/defective
2. It has a missing part
3. Wrong item was delivered to you.
4. Item is expired.
You can return any item for refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Return the item?
1. Take a photo for documentation.
2. Contact us regarding your concern about the item.
3. Once the item is approved for return based from the policy, you may wish to refund or change the item.
